Teaming up with HWCFRS we were successful in the installation of a public access defibrillator at Heggies Butchers Whitecross Hereford.

We offered FREE CPR and bleed training in April 2024 to a number of customers passing by the shop and community members who had seen the posts on social media

We were approached by Hereford Young Farmers to judge their annual safety competition over at Highfields Farm in April 2024.

Of course we jumped at the opportunity to help improve first aid provision within one of the most dangerous industries in the country. All competitors performed really well and took on feedback given.

A local young farming group from Dilwyn reached out for the delivery of first aid to some of their members in July 2024.

Ages ranging from 10 years old to 60+ the group got stuck in and learned some valuable life skills that they could use at home or on the farm if required.

Having a premature baby myself, I recognised the anxiety and stresses a parent feels not only with a baby but one that turns up to the world early.

Reaching out to Little Stars, a premature baby parent group, we are delivered a bespoke session to alleviate concerns and answer questions in July 2024

Following word of mouth and the success of our previous visit to another farming group, we were approached to deliver training to a group in Craswell Feb 2025.

The course was delivered in an evening allowing as many of the local community to attend. 

A teacher was struggling to find the appropriate session to cover the relevant content for the school course he was running.

Reaching out he asked for guidance and support to what could be covered. We delivered an engaging fun session in Feb 2025 to now deliver to the children.
